Hey Everyone,

I know that I haven’t written for ages (traffic is really down). But I do have a valid excuse, one of my organs exploded. That’s right. I have been in the hospital (Bergan Mercy) for about two weeks and I am just getting out today. I still pretty weak, and can’t move a lot, but I am alive. I was in the hospital for about 9-10 days.

So here is the story, I am fishing with my grandfather in Silver Creek, NE. It is a little town outside of Columbus, NE. Two Thursday’s ago, I started getting really sick. I mean vomiting every 2-3 minutes for about 15 hours. I thought that I have food poisoning. When the vomiting finally subsided, I tried to drive back to Omaha, NE.

THAT WAS A STUPID IDEA. One, that almost killed me.

On that drive back on Friday night, in the middle of nowhere (NE) my appendix burst on the road. I could feel the shock hit and warm my whole body. I could feel my hands shake and a hot, filling burst expand my stomach. I was in incredible pain, so I turned the car around and drove about 10 miles (at about 100mph) to the nearest town that might have emergency care (Wahoo, NE) I stumbled in the gas station, fell down and screamed 911. They came picked me and the rest is history. A history of vomiting, surgery, nausea and much more.

Oh and one cool note, my surgeon said that this was the worst appendectomy he had ever seen.
